Flash Document Setup

To create a new document click on the File menu> New. Then double-click Flash Document from the window that appears.

As for changing the area of ​​the document lies in the Properties Panel at the bottom of the monitor.

 

Click the Size (550 x 400 pixels) in the Properties Panel, a small window will appear which is called Document Properties. By default the flash display 550 × 400 pixels as a broad document, the value in the Width and Height boxes can change as needed.

It also displayed the color box to change the background color, click the white box and select the desired color, if you are finished click the OK button.
